Blessing of the Bay Shoreline Access

Ms. Barber of Somerville moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 2840-7028, by adding the following words:- “; provided further, that not less than $500,000 shall be expended for trails providing universal access to the Mystic River shoreline in Blessing of the Bay Park in the city of Somerville”.
