Amendment #8 to S3064

North River Commission Enforcement

Ms. Meschino of Hull moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 2000-7089, in line 363, by inserting after "projects" the following: “; provided further that not less than $40,000 be expended to the North and South Rivers Watershed Association for the North River Commission's enforcement of the North River Protective Order."; and in said item by striking out the figures "100,000" and inserting in place thereof the figures "140,000.”
