Public Reporting of Health Care Provider Compliance

Ms. Miranda, Ms. Rausch, Ms. Edwards, Ms. Kennedy, Messrs. Eldridge and Mark, Ms. Howard and Messrs. Gómez and Driscoll move that the proposed new text be amended in section 6, by inserting after subsection (g) the following:-

"(h) The attorney general shall maintain a public list, published on the Office of the Attorney General website, of covered health care providers that are not in compliance with this Section."
