Notification Procedures

Mr. Keenan and Ms. Jehlen move that the proposed new text be amended by inserting, in section 2, in line 41, after the words "civil law enforcement", the following clause:- "; (iii) procedures for notifying local law enforcement of civil law enforcement by law enforcement agents employed, contracted, engaged by or acting on behalf of federal law agencies"; and by striking, in line 42, the figure "iii", and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- "iv".
