Employee Notification

Mr. Keenan moves that the proposed new text be amended in line 327 to 328 by striking out the words "an employer shall provide written notice to each employee of any such request" and inserting in place thereof the following words:- "an employer shall provide written notice in hand to each employee working on the premises and telephonically or by email to each employee who is not reasonably anticipated to be on the premises within 48 hours after an employer receives notice of inspection”.
