Policy and Procedure Accordance

Mr. Keenan moves that the proposed new text be amended by inserting, in line 256, after the word "charge", the following words:- " in accordance with written departmental policies and procedures"; and, by inserting, in line 258, after the word "writing", the following words:- " as being in accordance with written departmental policies and procedures".
