Mr. Keenan, Ms. Edwards, Ms. Miranda, Mr. Eldridge and Ms. Jehlen move that the proposed new text be amended by inserting, in line 457, after the first sentence, the following sentence:- "A person shall be privileged from civil arrest during a funeral or burial service.".
