Transferring an individual to another law enforcement

Mr. Tarr moves that the proposed new text be amended by striking in line 286-287 the following:- "for the purpose of enforcing criminal law unrelated to federal civil immigration enforcement" and inserting in place thereof the following: -"pursuant to the provisions of this act".
