Immigration Detainer

Mr. Tarr moves that the proposed new text be amended by inserting in line 294 after the word, "order" the following:- "or valid immigration detainers under 8 C.F.R. § 287.7, 8 U.S.C. § 1103(a)(3), 8 U.S.C. § 1226, and 8 U.S.C. § 1357".
