Mr. Keenan and Ms. Howard move that the proposed new text be amended in section 42, in line 787, by inserting, after the word "themselves", the following words:- "; provided, however, that the exercise of the right may be subject to limitations necessary to protect the wellbeing, health or safety of the child".
