Grants, Bequests, Gifts or Contributions

Mr. Keenan moves that the proposed new text be amended in line 209 by inserting after the word "contributions" the following words:- "; provided, that no entity providing grants, bequests, gifts or contributions shall be eligible to be a vendor or provide goods or services to the department".
