State Child Fatality Review Team

Mr. Keenan moves that the proposed new text be amended in line 612 by inserting after the word "fatalities" the second time it appears the following words:- " or serious bodily injury or emotional injury of a child or the indecent assault and battery of a child pursuant to sections 13B to 13B¾ of chapter 265, inclusive, or the rape and abuse of a child pursuant to sections 23 to 23B, inclusive, and sections 26 to 26D, inclusive, of said chapter 265".
