Critical Incident Definition

Mr. Keenan moves that the proposed new text be amended in line 436 by inserting after the word "inclusive," the first time that it appears, the following words:- "or the kidnapping or enticement of a child pursuant to sections 26 to 26D, inclusive, of said chapter 265,".
