Electronic Backpack Program

Messrs. Fattman and Tarr and Mrs. Dooner move that the proposed new text be amended in section 36, in subsection (d) of proposed section 34I of chapter 71 of the General Laws, by adding the following sentence:- “When promulgating regulations under this section, the board shall consider the use of electronic repositories to facilitate the transfer of students’ educational records.”.
