Student Transfers

Ms. Rausch moves that the proposed new text be amended in section 36, in subsection (b) of proposed new section 34I of chapter 71, by adding the following sentence:- Immediate enrollment shall not preclude the new school district from requiring or from working to obtain outstanding records normally required for enrollment, or from requiring records normally required for ongoing enrollment.
