Non-Primary Healthcare Services

Mr. Keenan moves that the proposed new draft be amended in line 300, by inserting, after the word "cost-sharing", the following words:- "or if there are reductions in access to non-primary healthcare services or negative changes in quality measures for non-primary healthcare services”; in line 309, by inserting, after the word "cost-sharing", the following words:- "or if there are reductions in access to non-primary healthcare services or negative changes in quality measures for non-primary healthcare services”; in line 334, by striking out, the words "and (v)", and inserting in place thereof the following words:- "(v) if there is demonstrated improvement in access to non-primary healthcare services or in quality measures for non-primary healthcare services; and (vi)"; in line 352, by inserting, after the word "expenditures", the following words:- "and address reductions in access to non-primary healthcare services or negative changes in quality measures for non-primary healthcare services”; in line 358, by inserting, after the word "expenditures", the following words:- "; or (iii) if it addresses reductions in access to non-primary healthcare services or negative changes in quality measures for non-primary healthcare services”; in line 374, by inserting, after the word "cost-sharing", the following words:- "or if there are reductions in access to non-primary healthcare services or negative changes in quality measures for non-primary healthcare services”; and, in line 502, by inserting, after the word "cost-sharing", the following words:- "or if there are reductions in access to non-primary healthcare services or negative changes in quality measures for non-primary healthcare services”.
