Geographical Distribution

Messrs. Keenan and Montigny move that the proposed new draft be amended in section 19, in line 580, by inserting, after the word "professionals", the following words:- "; and provided further, that the distribution of such payments shall take into account the need for post-graduate residents in the various geographical regions of the commonwealth".
