Messrs. Feeney and Cyr move that the proposed new draft be amended in section 3, by inserting after the word “entity”, in lines 25 and 29, each time it appears, the following words:- “that provides primary care services”; and

in section 12, by inserting after the word “entity”, in lines 443 and 447, each time it appears, the following words:- “that provides primary care services”.
