Specialist Reimbursement

Mr. Haggerty of Woburn moves to amend the bill by adding the following section: "SECTION XXXX The Advanced Primary Care Payment Model shall include a payment mechanism by which specialists shall be reimbursed at a reasonable rate for brief electronic or telephone consultations, taking into consideration existing MassHealth payment methodologies as potential models for implementation."
