Mass-Save Three-year Plan

Mr. Tarr moves that the proposed new text be amended by inserting after section _ the following section:-

"SECTION_. Paragraph (2) of subsection (c) of section 21 of Chapter 25 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2024 Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding the following sentence:- The department shall not approve a plan if the plan’s total costs are greater than the total costs incurred for the 2022 to 2024 plan approved pursuant to this section, plus 6.25 per cent."
