Addressing Biomass

Mr.  Gómez and Ms. Comerford move that the proposed new text be amended by inserting the following section:-

SECTION X. Section 11F ¾ of chapter 25A is hereby amended by striking out, in line 39, the words “(10) biomass fuel; and (11)” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- and (10).
