Facilitate Energy Siting in Municipalities

Ms. Comerford and Messrs. Keenan and Eldridge move that the proposed new text be amended by inserting after section 35 the following section:-

“SECTION 35A. Section 53G of chapter 44 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2024 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 2, the word “section” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- section 21 of chapter 25A, section.”.
