Require transmission companies to participate in ISO-NE

Ms. Comerford and Messrs. Keenan and Eldridge move that the proposed new text be amended in section 79, by striking out, in line 2666, the figure “9” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- “10”; and

in said section 79, by adding the following section:-

“Section 161. No transmission company shall own or control transmission facilities located in the commonwealth unless such company participates in and transfers control of such facilities to ISO –New England.”.
