Including a Regional Perspective on the Clean Thermal Energy Working Group

Ms. Creem and Mr. Eldridge move that the proposed new text be amended in section 96, in line 3364, by striking the figure “11” and inserting in place thereof the figure:- “12”;

and in said section 96, in line 3368, by inserting after the word “plants” the following:- “, 1 of whom shall be a regional planning agency”.
