Attorney General Reporting Requirements

Messrs. Tarr, Keenan and Montigny move that the proposed new draft be amended in section 1, in proposed section 4 of chapter 93M of the General Laws, by adding the following sentence:- "Annually, not later than December 1, the attorney general shall file a report summarizing the information collected pursuant to section 4 and on complaints filed by the attorney general pursuant to section 5 with the clerks of the senate and house of representative and the joint committee on children, families and persons with disabilities. The report shall include, but not be limited to, a list of complaints filed by the attorney general pursuant to section 5, the results of such complaints and data related to compliance with section 2."
