Redraft Amendment 17

DESE Reporting Requirements

Messrs. Tarr and Keenan move that the proposed new draft be amended by inserting at the end the following section:-

"SECTION____. No later than one year following the effective date of this act, the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education shall, on an annual basis, file a report on the impacts and efficacy of the provisions of this act with the Clerks of the House and Senate, as well as the Joint Committee on Children, Families and Persons with Disabilities."
