Keenan, Payano and Fernandes and Ms. Lovely move that the proposed new draft be amended in section 1, by striking out, in line 99, the words "or (v) document viewing, sharing or collaboration services" and inserting in place thereof the following words:- “(v) document viewing, sharing or collaboration services; (vi) websites, online services, online applications or mobile applications operated by non-profit entities; or (vii) open source software-developing and -sharing platforms”.
