Ms. Edwards, Ms. Jehlen, Ms. Kennedy, Mr. Tarr and Ms. Lovely move that the proposed new draft be amended  in section 1, by inserting after the word "provider" in  line 164, the following words:- “ that has implemented an age signal”.
