Mr. Keenan moves that the proposed new draft be amended in line 9 by inserting after the word "users" the following words:- "or application distribution providers or covered operators";

in line 23 by inserting after the word "users" the following words:- "or application distribution providers or covered operators"; and

in line 90 by inserting after the word "users" the following words:- "or application distribution providers or covered operators".
