Minors Need Sleep

Mr. Keenan, Ms. Rausch, Ms. Edwards and Mr. Montigny move that the proposed new draft be amended in section 1, in line 111, by striking the words "12:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m." and inserting in place thereof the following words:- "10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m.".
