Matching Platform & Consumer Employer Guidance

Mr. Tarr moves that the proposed new text be amended in line 82 inserting after the word, "questions" the following:-"; and (D) for entities acting as a referral registry or digital matching platform that connect consumers with independent caregivers rather than directly employing said caregivers, a clear, conspicuous, and written disclosure provided to the home care consumer explicitly detailing who holds the legal responsibility for completing federal Form I-9 employment eligibility verification."
