Home care oversight advisory council

Messrs. Tarr and O'Connor move that the proposed new text be amended in section 1, by inserting after the word

“techniques”, in line 180, the following words:- including but not limited to, techniques to assist with home care consumers with neurocognitive disorders”; and

in said section 1, by inserting after the word “complaints”, in line 99, the following words:- “including, but not limited to, safe evacuation protocols and emergency back up care for such evacuations to avoid disciplinary actions”; and

in said section 1, by inserting after the word “chairs”, in line 144, the following words:- “and ranking minority members”; and

in said section 1, by inserting after the word “chairs”, in line 193, the following words:- “and ranking minority members”; and

in said section 3, by inserting after the word “chairs”, in line 240, the following words:- “and ranking minority members”.
