Right to Cure Period for Minor Deficiencies

Mr. Tarr moves that the proposed new text be amended by inserting in line 61 after the word, "comply" the following:- "; provided, however, that the executive office shall establish a graduated penalty structure that provides a licensee with a mandatory right-to-cure window of not less than 14 days and not more than 30 days for a first-time, administrative or clerical infraction that does not pose an imminent threat to the health, safety, or well-being of a home care consumer; provided further, that no daily financial penalties shall accrue during said right-to-cure window".
