Mr. Keenan moves that the proposed new text be amended in line 5 by striking out the words "employer or" and inserting in place thereof the following words:- "employer, "; and

in line 7 by striking out the words "who is providing health care services at," and inserting in place thereof the following words:- ", or an individual".
