Alternative Dispositions

Mr. Tarr moves that the proposed new text be amended by inserting at the end of line 198 the following:- "In instances where the conduct is determined to be a result of a medical or behavioral health condition, the arresting officer shall prioritize alternative interventions, such as securing the patient's immediate medical stabilization or facilitating a transfer to an appropriate psychiatric or memory care facility."
