Consistency with Federal Laws

Mr. Tarr moves that the proposed new text be amended by inserting at the end the following section:-

"SECTION ___. Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, this act shall be found to be consistent with any requirements or regulations as enacted under the Federal Elder Justice Act as codified in 42 U.S.C. § 1397(j) - (m)(5)."
