Behavioral Health Diversion

Ms. Kennedy and Ms. Comerford move that the proposed new text be amended by adding the following section:-

“Subsection (c) of section 4 of chapter 276A of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2024 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the figure "13A", where it first appears, the following words:- or 13I.”
