Behavioral Health Diversion

Ms. Kennedy, Ms. Comerford and Messrs. O'Connor and Tarr move that the proposed new text be amended by inserting after section 6 the following section:-

“SECTION 6A. Subsection (c) of section 4 of chapter 276A of the General Laws, as so appearing, is hereby amended by inserting after the figure “13A”, in line 22, the first time that it appears, the following words:- or section 13I.”.
