Federally Qualified Health Centers

Ms. Friedman and Ms. Comerford move that the proposed new text be amended in section 1, by striking out, in line 26, the words "or (ix)" and inserting in place thereof the following words:- "(ix) a federally qualified health center receiving funding pursuant to 42 U.S.C. 254b; or (x)".
