Supporting the Local Food Economy

Ms. Comerford and Messrs. Cyr and  Gómez move that the proposed new text be amended  in section 3A, in item 7002-8083, by inserting after the word “sectors;” in line 117, the following words:- “provided, that $5,000,000 shall be expended for the Massachusetts Food Trust Program established in section 65 of chapter 23A of the General Laws;” and by striking out the figure $10,000,000 and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- “$30,000,000”.
