Mr. O'Connor moves that the proposed new text be amended  in section 3A, in item 7002-8087, by inserting the following words:- "; provided further, that not less than $5,000,000 shall be expended for economic development projects in the towns of Cohasset, Duxbury, Hingham, Hull, Marshfield, Norwell, Scituate, and the city known as the town of Weymouth" and by striking out the figure "$100,000" and inserting the figure:- "$5,100,000"
