Codifying Doctrinal Law

Ms. Rausch moves that the proposed new text be amended by inserting the following section:-

SECTION X. Section 7 of Chapter 4 of the General Laws is hereby amended in clause twenty-sixth by inserting the following subclause:- (k) protected by attorney-client privilege or the work product doctrine;
