Mr. Durant moves that the proposed new text be amended by inserting the following section:-

“SECTION X. Item 1599-0026 of section 2 of chapter 9 of the acts of 2025 is hereby amended by inserting after the word ‘preservations’, the following words:- 'and such funds shall be made available until June 30, 2027'.”
