Disabled American Veterans Housing

Mr. Rush moves that the proposed new text be amended by adding the following section:-

"SECTION XX. Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, Chapter 289 of the Acts of 2008 is hereby amended in Section 2 by striking out the words 'not more than 20 units of transitional housing' and inserting in place thereof the following words 'not more than 42 units of permanent housing'."
