Mr. Tarr moves that the proposed new text be amended by inserting after section X the following section:-

"SECTION XX. Item 1599-0026 of said section 2 of chapter 9 of the Acts of 2025 is hereby amended by inserting after the words 'stormwater regulations' the following words: 'and for creating, operating, using, and/or modifying a storm water runoff collection and abatement system in the Town of Rowley to address significant erosion into the Rowley River and such funds shall be made available until June 30, 2027'.”
