Mr. Tarr moves that the proposed new text be amended by inserting after section X the following section:-

"SECTION XX. Item 7010-1192 of said section 2 of chapter 9 of the Acts of 2025 is hereby amended by inserting after the words 'town of Ipswich' the following words:- 'and for the planning, creation, and operational costs of implementing the feasibility study for a new elementary school on the site of the current Doyon Elementary School, and such funds shall be made available until June 30, 2027'.”
