Ms. Friedman moves that the proposed new text be amended in section 2A, by inserting the following item:-

xxxx-xxxx For Olga’s List, Inc. to sustain and expand statewide stabilization services, including case management, housing and food assistance, employment and workforce development, English language instruction, access to healthcare and public benefits, mental health referrals and family support services for Ukrainian refugees and their families residing in the Commonwealth; provided, funds may be used for personnel, programmatic and administrative costs necessary to deliver services; and provided further, that Olga’s List, Inc. shall report to the Office for Refugees and Immigrants on the number of individuals and families served and the services provided...............................................$300,000
