Messrs. Moore, Oliveira, Fattman and Brady move that the proposed new text be amended by inserting after section __ the following section:-

SECTION __. Section 15 of Chapter 36 of the General Laws is hereby amended by striking out the words “micrographic process”; and further amended by inserting after the word “entered” the words: - “in a format approved by the Secretary of the Commonwealth.”
