Mr. Driscoll moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 8900-0001, by striking out the figure "$1,000,000" and inserting in place thereof the figure "$2,000,000" and striking out the figure: "$859,650,607" and inserting in place thereof "$860,650,607".
