Mr. Driscoll moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 2810-0122, by inserting after the word "areas," the following words:- "; provided further, that not less than $100,000 shall be expended for the Blue Hill Weather Observatory and Science Center"; and by striking out the figure "$100,000" and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- "$200,000".
