Mr. Crighton moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 2511-0105, by adding the following words:- “ provided further, that not less than $50,000 shall be expended to Catholic Charities of Lynn for the purposes of supporting their food pantry and additional community services"; and by striking out the figure "$55,150,000" and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- "$55,200,000".
